What is the feedback tab?

All feedback related to a goal is collected in the goal card, on the feedback tab. The feedback tab provides a chronological overview of all feedback related to that goal. Narrative feedback from progress reviews is automatically added to the overview. Feedback provided at the evidence or collection level can also be shown in the 'feedback' overview of a goal.

How to add feedback to a goal?

If you have requested goal-specific feedback in your feedback request, the feedback will immediately show in the feedback tab. Read how to request goal-specific feedback in the article on requesting and providing feedback.

  1. As the portfolio owner, go to the comments screen where the feedback is located.

  2. Click on the 3 dots next to a comment and select 'Link to goal(s)'.

  3. Select the goal(s) that are relevant. You can add different pieces of the same feedback to different goals.

  4. Select the feedback you want to highlight.

  5. Click the highlight icon (brush) to highlight the selection.

  6. Write a note if desired.

  7. Click ‘save’.

Your feedback (including highlight and note) has now been added to the goal card of the corresponding goals.

A small icon of the goal is also shown with the feedback to show which goal that feedback belongs to.

If you want to add different pieces of feedback to different goals, repeat the process, selecting 1 goal each time and selecting only the text relevant to the first goal. Next time, you mark the portion relevant to the second goal.
